1. What is changing?

As of March 13, 2020, customers will no longer be able to use SalesforceIQ CRM and Salesforce will not provide any support for it.

Salesforce is enabling all existing SalesforceIQ CRM customers to move to a Sales Cloud edition comparable to their current SalesforceIQ CRM plan for the same monthly rate per subscription.*

Customers that may be subject to the GDPR will need to move from SalesforceIQ CRM to Sales Cloud or another product by May 25, 2018. The GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation, is a new regulation will have a significant impact on companies that are based in the European Union, that have operations or employees in the EU, or that otherwise process personal data about EU individuals.

*Excludes existing Sales Cloud customers.

2. Why are you retiring this product?

Four years ago, we brought an incredible team and product into Salesforce with the acquisition of RelateIQ, which became SalesforceIQ CRM. Since, we’ve taken the best of SalesforceIQ CRM and built it into the Salesforce Platform, making it even more powerful for small businesses. We believe our Sales Cloud and platform—with the Lightning user experience, Einstein artificial intelligence, Trailhead for learning and the AppExchange—is the future of customer success at Salesforce.

In addition, we launched Sales Cloud Essentials in November 2017, which provides small businesses with an on-platform, out-of-the box CRM that also includes many key SalesforceIQ CRM features.

3. Can I stay on SalesforceIQ CRM?

SalesforceIQ CRM customers that may be impacted by the GDPR must transition from SalesforceIQ CRM to Sales Cloud or another product before May 25, 2018.

Customers not impacted by the GDPR may continue to use SalesforceIQ CRM but must transition to Sales Cloud or another product before March 13, 2020.

The SalesforceIQ CRM team is committed to helping you get the most out of SalesforceIQ CRM until your planned migration date. To learn more, please click HERE.

4. What action do I need to take?

Salesforce is enabling all existing SalesforceIQ CRM customers to move to a Sales Cloud edition comparable to their current SalesforceIQ CRM plan for the same monthly rate per subscription.*
